when i type the "key from the keyboard it automatically types w wonda

as in the title, my razer blackwidow essential digital "w wonda" every time i type the "o" key and also the "f12" key has the led totally out of sync with the others, whenever i have to type the "o" key " I have to press fn to exit correctly, you don't expect this from a product of this quality...

    Hello,

    First of all you need to clean the keyboard and try to reinstall keyboard drivers. Also test this keyboard to another device because sometime keyboard works fine.
