windows key working as ctrl

My cynosa chroma windows key started working only as the ctrl key and the tab only works as the q key, is there a fix for this or do you have to buy a new keyboard?

Did you spilled something on your keyboard? Let's check if it's software or HW issue - just try with creating new, clean settings profile in Synapse.

I didn’t and I reset the razer synapse settings and there is not any macros set and everything works fine except for the tab and windows key, I have also tried my laptop and school laptop and my desktop and it doesn’t work on any of them

If you have tried connecting the keyboard to other towers/laptops and have not set/saved (on key cloud storage) macros/different keys via synapse. Then its highly likely a hardware issue which you need to take it up to the Razer support.

They said they won’t do anything about it because my warranty just expired like a month ago
