Why isn’t there replacement wrist rests for the black widow elite? What is razer doing?

Ive had this keyboard for 3 years and yet I STILL can’t find a replace for the wrist rest? I ordered the cooling gel version today, since, leatherette is obviously trash.

But correct me if im wrong, you cant ordered a slanted and magnetic wrist rest? How does that make any sense? Who do I need to write to complain about this stupid decision? Why would they not sell exact replacements to their OWN PRODUCTS?

 

Pull one off the keyboards and sell it or replace at no extra cost since its RAZERS TERRIBLE PRDOCUTION that causes these to flake off.

 

Shoutout to your S/N being unusable since you swapped 0’s and O’s around. Anyone trying getting a replacement via warranty? OR their  silly paid program?

I’m in a similar situation.  I have the Ornata keyboard and my rest is flaking apart.  I can’t get a direct magnetic replacement.  I’m better off just buying a new keyboard, which is just contributing to e-waste, when the keyboard functions just fine.  I have two of these keyboards already.  I may look to a different brand when I need a replacement.
