Hello, I placed an order on the website on December 31, 2025, at 10:50 AM for a Razer BlackWidow V4 Low-Profile HyperSpeed keyboard with orange switches in the UK QWERTY layout. However, I am French and need the AZERTY version. How can I contact support to tell them I made a mistake and ask them to send the French version? The package hasn't shipped yet, and I haven't received any emails regarding its shipment. Thank you!
