Hi, I have viper 4 days old... At start worked, battery died fast... When charging had sam issue... It fall down ti 0% And now when i connect it over dock or direct with usb, it blinks purple like twices and nothing happens. In app it shows like its charging but always at 0%. It doesnt blink or gives some light :) Any idea? Tnx

    I assume the battery is dead (dead on arrival). You can RMA it and get a replacement. You can also try plugging it to a smartphone charger, leave it for ~2 hours and see if there's any change.

    Hi, Yeah i did that... It went to 82%... Last night to 100%, but it drains lime 1% for 1min heheh... So yea... dead...
