I got this mouse nearly 8 months ago and it’s been working fine until now. Whenever I plug the dongle in, my laptop just starts going on the fritz. It disconnects and reconnects the device over and over again. I can move the mouse ever so often but it just stops afterwards and pauses for a short time before it reconnects again. And I’m talking like 2 second intervals between the disconnects and reconnects. I could still use the bluetooth mode, but I’m just really confused on how it started doing this.

Mine just started doing the same thing yesterday out of no where. I have logged a support ticket with the company as I have had it less than a year!
Same thing happens on multiple machines which suggests a hardware issue not an install glitch.
Hopefully get some answers.
