Guys, I have a Razer Arteris mouse that move by itself to the top left of the screen . When I tried to change its setting in Synapse, the icon keep flashes off when I tried to click on it resulted that I wasn’t able to change any configuration or setting in Synapse. Used it on window 10 p0ro edition. Tried oon several other PCs but still facing the same problem. Tried to trouble shoot like reinstall Synapse, clean the optical below the mouse, update mouse firmware to the latest version but the problems till persist. Suspect that it is a software problem, thus wish to know if anyone here face same problem and solved it before.

Did you’ve tried it both on Bluetooth and 2.4GHz dongle?
