Hi all, 

I just purchased a white atlas mouse pad (glass).   I have a mamba wireless mouse but it doesn't  work on the new mouse pad.  I mean the cursor doesn't budge.  I tried it at my son's desk on his naga wireless mouse and it too doesn't work. 

I have tried surface calibration but it didn't help.  Maybe synapse 2 calibration is broken or maybe the cursor needs to move more to make this work?

Anything else I should try?
