I am using a new mouse basilik v3 pro 35K , and a mouse dock pro, all connected to desktop PC.
freq the mouse is not rekonized by windows and refuses to work, i dissconnect the dock and connect it and sometims this helps, on other ocasions i need to reset the mouse and need to pair it with dock, this is also an pain because it wil not find or pair with it….
Sometims after restart win11 the mouse wont work at all…. , synapse dont show mouse in screen…
I cant seem to find firmware version on mouse? and update screens on site are not for desktop and mouse dock so how do i update firmware if i have this config.
For the prize off this trio (mouse basilik v3 pro, dock and Blackwidow board i had hoped for better piece of software but is a nightmare
mouse is working know after 3 restarts and multiple connect /disconnect of dock ?
