+1In Synapse 3 go to Macro tab - register a new macro, then go to the mouse settings, click the button that you want to assign and choose Macro option, then from saved macro list choose one that you want to assign and save your configuration.
The Macro is a separate install in the Module tab too, so you might need to install it.
