I just downloaded razer synapse 4 and charged my basilisk ultimate, after that it just keeps turning off then on again for just 2-3 seconds. It works fine on wired but you still have to plug and unplug the usb every time the pc is turned off. The dongle is working, and it is detected on the device menu. I dont know if this is a software or hardware problem.

Let me check on the issue with your mouse. Just for isolation, can you disable Synapse 4 by following the steps from this link to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
