Hello
I have a Basilisk Ultimate that has some weird charging issues with the mouse dock. I've had it since April, but it's only recently that it's done this. I would set the mouse on the dock to charge it, then go to work, only to come home to find that the mouse is completely dead, almost like it discharged. Is this a common problem?

Is the dock properly connected? Does it lit when your computer is running?

Yes everything is connected properly. The pins are clean. From what I can tell everything is running just fine. It's when I leave it on for a period of time that it discharges. Just today I put it on the charger, with my pc running, and it was charging just fine, only to come home later from work to find that my battery drained to zero. No one else uses my pc except me, so idk what's going on.

Computer is not going into some sleep state when you leave it alone for a longer time?

Nope, it's on at idle the whole time
I'd still check some power-saving settings in OS, maybe USB ports are going into some power-saving state, so it won't charge your mouse.
Btw. you leave your mouse turned off on dock? Or is it turned on all the time?
