Basilisk v2 wired scroll wheel slipping

I have bought a Razer Basilisk V2 wired a long time ago (cant remember when , maybe like 2 years) and ive had no problems with it. Up until very recently , like 3 days ago when the scroll wheel suddendly starts slipping. When i use the scroll wheel to do one small scroll , only the middle part of the scroll moves and it doesnt move the other big wheel that actually tracks the scrolls. I dont know what to do to make the rubber part (middle part) of the scroll move at the same time as the outer part (actual scroll wheel). Any suggestions/tips?
