I have just got a wired basilisk v3 and after plugging it in the buttons all work but I am unable to move it. I have found that it works on weird surfaces such as the top of a metal laptop but not on my mouse mat or my desk.
I have searched through every post about it and tried all the fixes and updating firmware and software along with my pc but it’s just not able to work on my mouse mat which doesn’t make sense for gaming.
