I recently bought a Basilisk v3 pro and for some reason it won't charge more than 50% and it won't turn on for bluetooth or 2.4. I already tried installing the firmware and it still won't work wireless.

    If it's not turning on on both wireless modes, then I'd assume dead battery (especially when it's not charging). You can try to plug your mouse into an phone charger directly, and see if it'll charge it.
