Title. I got the firmware update and afterwards, my wireless dongle is completely bricked (windows won’t even recognize it anymore). I purchased a new dongle and my mouse won’t connect to it. There are no support articles that can help me.
The mouse is only two years old, this kind of stuff should not be happening. If it can’t be resolved, I will no longer be purchasing Razer products.
