I have Basilisk v3 Pro paired with Mouse Dock Pro. Updated firmware to latest version for both with razer updater. Synapse Beta.
My mouse is disconnected after 3 minutes of downtime (measured with a timer) - the tab in Synapse just disappears. No Windows disconnect sound. When I start using the mouse again, it becomes connected but my custom lighting settings are reset to default breathing. To return my settings I have to switch to quick effects and back to advanced effects.
In power settings “wireless power saving” = 15 min, in lighting settings “switch off lighting” = 10 min, “when display is turned off” = true.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? Perhaps I missed some settings.
