I just bought the basilisk v3 pro wireless dock bundle and no matter what I do I can’t get my mouse to charge wirelessly on the dock. I’ve tried cleaning the charging pins on the puck and mouse. I’ve tried installing all firmware updates for both the mouse and dock. I’ve tried charging the mouse with it turned on and with the mouse turned off and nothing will work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I’m having the exact same issue Went through all the same steps, too. Will charge wired, of course, but nothing I do is working for the wireless dock either.

I noticed that when I put the wireless puck in and turned it, it didn’t go all the way and had to give it a little extra power and it clicked and turned a little farther and then worked.
After trying to turn it all the way it finally clicked and this worked for me instantly. ♀️

He’s right ~ just turn it just enough until you feel it click ~ then the dock and v3 will turn red on and off as it charges ~
Just throwing this out there since I didn’t see anything mentioned. If the mouse connects to the dock, can be used wirelessly but doesn’t charge when placed on the dock... there is a good chance you are not supplying enough power to the dock to enable it to charge the mouse when docked. Not all usb ports are created equal, some will provide more power than others.
yeah, i just did the twist a little harder and it is now wirelessly charging….. *forehead slap*
The clicking thing, doesn’t work for me… the 3 dot’s from the charging pad on each side; are perfectly lined up with the dots on the mouse.
& yes, i heard the click.

How do you test this theory, if you’ve plugged it in to every USB port your computer has, or even tried USB-A AC Adapters
Not a theory. Proven fact. what was the output voltage and amp of these adapters you were using?
As far as testing goes I had an instance where I couldn't recharge my mouse either despite being clearly connected and working wirelessly. I realized a little while later that it was because I was using a USB hub so i could switch between computers and still use the same keyboard and mouse but when I plugged it into the computer directly it would charge perfectly fine.
You should always use the specific voltage and amps for every single device that needs to be charged, using different adapters or even the chords themselves because it will absolutely destroy the battery you're trying to charge to the point where eventually it won't charge anymore or in rarer cases actually explode in your face.
Anyway if you've gone through all that The only other advice I can give you is that these mice are notorious for having incredibly shitty battery life... Good luck man.
