I done did try everything such as:
- uninstall-reinstall driver
- blow under the wheel with my own mouth (without disassembling the mouse)
- cleaning the mouse (under NOT inside) sensor
- try on different pc and laptops
- DIRECTLY connected to PC’s motherboard
But hey, the problem persist and still goin strong.
one scroll on the wheel took me either up or down RANDOMLY, there’s no in-between.
the mouse wheel button is also malfunctioning slowly overtime, for example i use mouse wheel button when using gadget on rainbowsix X, but when i press it, i switch to secondary weapon instead.
I try reaching/DM/PM the moderator (Aero) but no response for 24 hours, idk where to go or ask anymore.
isnt razer supposed to be good quality product?
