My Basilisk X hyper speed will not connect via Bluetooth nor hyper speed have even found the old utility is no longer on the website but still live through razor and still nothing. It seems like there’s a problem with the handshake. My computer recognizes the dongle and even shows up my mouse in Bluetooth devices.

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
