My mouse was a gift from a friend. Last year, it would disconnect intermittently, but I could fix it by taking the batteries out and putting them back in. Today, while I was gaming, it suddenly disconnected completely. Nothing works now—I tried cleaning the battery compartment and reinserted the batteries multiple times.
Can I get a replacement or repair? I've used several of your products, but they've all had issues like faulty mouse switches and sensor failures.
