My mouse suddenly stopped working while I was using it.
The mouse blinks the green light twice on 2.4 and the blue light twice on bluetooth mode, but it doesn’t pair to its dongle neither through Bluetooth. I used a utility app from Razer to try and pair the mouse to the dongle, and it didn´t work. Already checked firmware and Razer Synapse updates. Thank you for your attention in trying to solve this problem.
