My Basilisk X Hyperspeed stopped working randomly. I’ve tried just about everything I could think of, and found online.
- updated firmware
- swapped out batteries
- attempted to use it on another computer (via bluetooth)
- connected usb dongle to different ports
- attempted the pairing utility
- updated windows
- restarted multiple times
There are no other devices emitting a wireless signal around my computer, nor have I made any changes to my network.
