My second issue is regarding my Razer Basilisk mouse. The product/serial number is SNPM2543H33800277.The problem is that I am unable to connect the mouse to my computer via Bluetooth. I am not sure what is causing the problem, because other Bluetooth devices can connect to my computer successfully. However, this particular product does not appear to connect. When I try to connect the mouse, it only shows that the Bluetooth connection is unavailable and displays “Bluetooth Troubleshoot.”I am not sure whether there is a problem with the mouse, the Bluetooth connection, or the settings. I would really appreciate it if you could guide me through the troubleshooting steps and help me resolve this issue.I especially like your company's products, and I have had a very good impression of them. I sincerely hope you can help me solve these issues so that I can continue to enjoy using your products.Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I look forward to your reply.Best regards, and sorry my English not very well hope you can understand

Melvin first of all (and this is the most important thing) try edit your post to remove your serial number. Never disclose your serial number in such a public forum. Your product’s serial numbers are private and should only be shared in PMs with Razer staff.

Now for the connection itself, try:

  1. Ensure the mouse is set to BT (not 2.4 wireless)
  2. Put the mouse into pairing mode (different mice have different ways so follow the booklet closely)
  3. On your PC remove any previous Razer mouse (if you’re replacing an old one)
  4. Keep the mouse close during the setup process

Good luck.
