Bought new Razer Deathadder Elite mice, but the material feels different with the olders

Hello, I have been using for years the Razer Deathadder Elite mice, this is my third Deathadder Elite mice. I bought last week a new Razer Deathadder Elite mice. But this time i notice that my brand new mice feels different, it seems that the material of the mice is changed/upgraded! The mice feels more rough/hard/coated. Are there others who have noticed this? I like more the older variant with softer feeling on te mice.
