AS the title says. Watched its percentage drop while it was plugged in, and now that its dead, it refuses to charge from the PC and will only charge via a USB-C connected to a brick in the wall.
-Yes, I am using the original cable, and tried with others.
-Yes, the firmware is updated.

To further isolate the problem, please ensure the device is plugged in directly to a PC USB port and not a USB hub. Make sure that the cable is fully plugged in.
