Brand New Razer V3 Hyperspeed Wireless Dongle not working


i have  purchased many Razer products in the past and have never had an issue until now….i just purchased  this Razer Deathadder v3 Wireless hyperspeed and the wireless dongle does not work, mouse says 0 percent battery but shows it is charging. Has been charging for hours and nothing. PLEASE HELP.

Its possible that you need to update the firmware for the DeathAdder V3, typically is one of the first things someone should check for after purchasing a new item from Razer (unless its a very recent release, then no new firmware will be needed for awhile after the release).

Still does not work, i tried everything. paired the devices, updated firmware….i dont know what to do. PLEASE HELP. i have a brand new razer deathadder v3 hyperspeed along with the seperate purchase of the Hyperpolling wireless dongle purchased from your website. I really need help ive tried everything.

Can you test the mouse on another computer to see if the issue persists? If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
