After only 4 months of use, my son's DeathAdder v2 mouse's left button broken. There was no physical damage done by dropping or hitting it, no external liquid contaminates, electric shock or any other bogus excuse support used to negate the warranty. This is a simple case of the flexible plastic used for the left mouse button was too brittle. It only pressed via mouse usage and not broken in some way that should negate a warranty.
Anyone else had support try to fraudulently negate your warranty?
