Can you adjust DPI steps in a macro?

For a game I play (MWO) I use a button to toggle the zoom viewer. I would like to also when I press that button drop the dpi to a lower setting. I cant seem to find a way to do this though with a macro. Is it possible? Razer Basilisk v2

Ive been over the macro section thoroughly and dont see a built in way to do dpi changes. I know some scripting (ahk). Any way I could manually edit the mouse dpi and run the script with a macro?

You can't do it via macro. If you want to assign a key for example that lower your DPI down - you just select the button, click on Sensitivity tab, and for example choose Sensitivity clutch. Whenever you hold the button the DPI will change.
