Recently bought razer cobra pro.
fully charged to 100%, used it for about 10 hours in bluetooth mode.
And the battery went down to only about 15%
my setting was brightness 70, turned off smart dimming, turned off sleep mode etc
Its saying to last 170hours in bluetooth mode.
is my product normal?
i want to know under what setting it can last 170 hours in bluetooth mode.

Thanks for sharing your concern here. Did you already try updating the Synapse 3 app or reinstalling the driver of your mouse? Please let me know if you’re still experiencing the same issue through PM and provide the serial number of your device so I can verify its model.
