CRP DISABLED - Razer Naga Left-Handed

Hi,

i’m needing help to restore my Razer Naga Left-Handed edition that i use in my daily work.

After the auto-intallation of Synapse 4 and the profile import from the in-app tool, the mouse suddenly stopped working. Now, every time i connect it to a pc, it appears a window “CRP-DISABLED” with a firmware.bin file in it.

I was fully satisfied with the mouse and how it works, til this happened. Since i think you’re a serious company that take cares of your customers, i hope in a soon reply.
