tested with mouse tester, results showing left/right clicks, side buttons and dpi buttons only registering after pressing several consecutive presses, cursor moves to top left at a constant slow speed.
Pressing the keys used to turn on the pairing mode don’t work.
Using a replacement 2.4GHz dongle doesn’t get the mouse recognised by the synapse app but does get recognised by firmware update utility and 2.4GHz pairing utility.
