Deathadder 1000dpi and profile problem

I just updated my Razer Synapse software and my Deathadder Essential is only allowing a max of 1000 dpi. i play on 2400 dpi normally so my everything is messed up when i try and game. please help asap. I've tried sending in a support but it just gives back error messages

have u tried reset ur DeathAdder from synapse 3? Open Synapse 3 Go to Settings, it's the gear icon top right corner Choose reset and reset your DeathAdder there, once its done close synapse and relaunch the app. if the first step doesnt work try to uninstall the drivers from the device manager Go to search box, and type device manager Choose Mice and right click to uninstall the drivers of your DeathAdder. Unplug your Mice after finish and restart ur Pc and plug back in after this step just wait until Synapse finish installing ur Mice drivers. if the second step doesnt work. Try to clean reinstall Razer synapse, follow this step uninstall your synapse restart ur pc and use this Tool to clean Synapse Debrish from ur PC and the install synapse 3 again. let us know how it goes
