    have u tried this ? clean re install Synapse 3 ?

    As @-Mr.Nobody- said - try reinstalling Synapse. Also be sure, that it's plugged in directly to the USB 3.0 (or above) into the motherboard on your laptop/PC. USB Hubs can cause some problems sometimes. If reinstalling doesn't help - try clean reinstall:
    • Uninstall Synapse 3
    • Download & run this tool to remove any drivers/razer leftovers: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj
    • Restart PC
    • Download & install Synapse 3 (as administrator).
