If I do a new login over Remote Desktop and my DeathAdder V2 is plugged in, the Start Menu and Task Bar hang for several minutes. If I log in locally, everything is immediately responsive (even if I start the session over RDP). If I unplug the mouse, RDP login works as expected.
I've updated drivers, firmware, created fresh user profiles, tried different USB ports. The problem seems to be the Razer hardware and or driver.

Oh, I did also try uninstalling Synapse and drivers. So it does appear to be the hardware or the default driver that loads.
