MY deathadder v2 not working on any mouse pad . I tried differnent mouse pads like legion, cosmic byte , hyper x .It works on bare desk. Can anyone help?

i have had the same issue on my replacement mouse that razer sent me. worked a few times and then it doesnt work on mousepad until i let it sit for a while and navigate to synapse and increase LOD and then it starts moving barely just stuttering. Weird issues. Works perfectly on the wooden desk. Have you found any solution yet?
