I don’t know what to do anymore. I have had the deathadder v3 pro for about 6 months I bought it brand new from a ebay seller. I never had a problem with the mouse ever before but out of no where the dongle was not detectable. I can use the mouse the with cable but then why did I spend all that money on the mouse. I have tried everything on the internet so far. I have tried 3 different computer, I have asked people I know should know everything about mice but doesn't know how to solve this issue. I then emailed Razer and they said they can’t do anything about it good luck. What a great company. Please help
