Deathadder v3 Pro not working wirelessly

Hey,

tried everything:

  • reinstalled synapse
  • updated firmware to 2.2.0.0
  • used RazerUSBHyperspeedDongleUtility_v1.00.16_r1
  • removed every device from device manager that was named Deathadder and HID-compliant 
  • restarted the pc, the mouse
  • tried different usb ports

The mouse worked yesterday fine, and my blackshark v2 works fine too. Generally don’t know what other troubleshooting steps to take - any suggestions?

The dongles might be interfering with each other.

If you’ve done the above and that still hasn’t worked, try the below:

  1. Unpair and pair the mouse dongle again
  2. Use a rear USB port for the mouse
  3. Unplug the headset dongle and test the mouse while the headset is off
  4. Power-cycle the mouse
  5. If the above doesn’t work, test on a different PC

If the above doesn’t work, the dongle might be dead so submit support ticket to confirm.

Is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your DeathAdder V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and for proper documentation.
