Deathadder V3 Pro wireless not working

Hi guys, I recently bought a deathadder v3 pro and when I try to connect it wirelessly to my pc it doesn't detect anything even the usb dongle itself. (You know when you plug a device into the pc there will be a sound that windows make, that sound doesn't even sound off when I plug in the usb dongle.) But when I plug it into the wired one it's working, Synapse detects it. I tried all the usb ports available on my pc. I tried it on my brother's pc also still the same result.

If it's not detected on both PCs, then I'd return it and get another unit.

I had contacted razer support for claiming warranty but they aren't getting back to me.

Wired connection works fine, it’s happen after razer’s update. Wireless are not working, with white light blinking.

How to reset the mouse? I try the peep the mouse sensor, it’s not dying when i turn off the mouse.

I've got the exact same problem with the wireless usb dongle . ive done everything possible to try and fix it (plugged it in every usb port and updated every driver necessary) but still nothing . It's almost as if the 2.4 wireless usb just stopped working completely. This is pretty ridiculous considering the price of the mouse and the fact that synapse doesn't even have answers or options for any of these problems. which as I can see from research have been happening for months now . If anyone finds a way or answer please reply

I have the same problem as well.  Mouse is about 2 months old.  Cord works fine and gets recognized, but wireless doesn't.

My solution to this problem was to hold down the power/dpi button until the mouse turns off (the green light comes on) then I pulled out and plugged the wireless 2.4 usb back into the computer, then again I held down the power/dpi button until the mouse turned back on and everything started working. I hope this will help someone.

If your computer does not respond when you plug in the dongle put in a ticket.   Mine stopped working and I put in a ticket.  They had me do some testing and it still did not work and they sent me a new one and it works great now.   Stop doing all this crazy stuff and put in a ticket they will respond to you and help you like they did for me.

1. Re-pair the mouse with Razer USB HyperSpeed Dongle Utility.

2. Test with different USB ports.
i. Connect the mouse via the wireless dongle directly to the computer’s USB port.
ii. Do not use any kind of USB hub or docking station.
iii. If you are using a computer (PC), please connect the device to the computer’s back USB panel.

3. Test with different computers:
i.Try to connect the mouse using the wireless dongle using a different computer or laptop. Check if the issue persists.

In the event if the issue still occurs, I will help you further in pursuing the warranty claim for this issue and I would need your favor to verify and fill in the remaining information below:

I just got the mouse dongle wont work keep connect disconnect. I RMA it back to the store they send me another mouse dock dongle the full thing brand new, I open it and surprise the dongle dont work again :) So now i have to RMA and the second one :O

I got the same problem. When I plugged to PC not getting any sound and not showing device management. I wrote to RAZER this situation. I'll keep you posted. Take care guys. 👊🏼

I know what I'm saying may sound ridiculous.
But I put the silicone part used to collect the charging cable coming out of the mouse into the dongle. I tried to make sure that the connection points were touching. 2 days waited like this. Then the dongle started to work. I think this is due to static electricity, because it reset the static electricity in its own silicone that I put inside the dongle. I am puzzled. If it doesn't work again, I'll let you know here. Try this ridiculous suggestion.

Hey all. Not done. Again do same thing. I did do again my last dumb suggestion, worked again 10 minutes and not worked again.  😮‍💨 Waiting RAZER response 😭

necesito ayuda estaba jugando normal cuando el mouse se me apaga de lo normal yo pense que era la bateria pero el mouse estaba cargado y se me hizo raro cuando lo conecto se me escucha que se conecto pero no prende ni nada, solo me funciona con el cable  y cuando me  voy a dispositivos me aparece esto,  ayuda por favor me  salio muy costoso este mouse

mate ¿has pulsado prolongadamente el botón dpi de la parte inferior del ratón?

For those who still have the problem, I found an alternative solution. Although I tried with different cables in the same way, I could not pair my computer with my mouse in any way. The solution is as follows: Press and hold the bottom mouse button and the scroll button at the same time. I don't know what's causing it, but I think it's probably putting itself into sleep mode. Hope this helps :)

Hello friends

I wrote about the subject a long time ago, but I sent it to the official distributor in my country. Due to the dongle problem, they only changed the dongle and sent it. I have no problem now.
