Deathadder v4 PRO Big issue

Hello.

 

Few weeks ago i bought a Deathadder v4 PRO. I was stunning with the Mouse, however this past few days i found a big issue ( at least for me).

The mouse clicks 1 and 2 are so large, they almost reach the middle of the mouse, and sometimes on stress situations, when i grab the mouse harder, sometimes i touch with my palm onthe middle of the mouse,and i randomly activating the click 2 of the mouse. This situation triggers not desired inputs on the game, that caused fail situations.

 

Is anyone having this problem?

Yes, I have the same problem. When I hit the mouse a bit harder against the surface, it sometimes registers a click on the left switch and sometimes on the right. Terrible. The mouse is only 3 months old. I had the same issue with the Lamzu X Fnatic Thorn, but I solved it in two clicks — went into settings and increased the debounce time from 0 ms to 3 ms, and the unwanted click disappeared no matter what I did with the mouse. All in all, a big oversight from Razer.
