Deathadder v4 squeaky scroll wheel and becomes unresponsive requiring a restart

I’ve had my deathadder v4 since august and while it was great at first the past two weeks have been plagued with the squeaky scroll wheel but worst of all it will randomly become unresponsive requiring me to restart the mouse. Only ever have to do it once but I am always having to be ready for it, it will stop working I restart it and the rest of the session afterwards is fine, Ive used compressed air on the scroll wheel and a microfiber to try and maybe clean around the sensor? But nothing seems to fix my two issues. Anything I can do? I don’t game a whole lot work has me pretty backed up so for a rather lightly used mouse to be giving me these issues is frustrating.
