+ very universal shape
+ great optical sensor
+ good build quality
- price is little bit high
- antislip grip is slippery sometimes + right pad should be bit larger.
Software is another topic - Synapse 3 looks a lot better, than Synapse 2.0 in terms of navigation, and easy of use, but there are still a lot of bugs, and IMO there's too much services are running in the background.

I agree with your pro's- its a very good and versatile gaming-mouse, but Synapse... As you say; there are many bugs, and I do not really find it "user-friendly".
That being said, I think there is a lot of potential here, if they can get it to work without the bugs, the RAM consuming backrunning programs and constant updates with only minor issues that dont really play any major factor.
