Disconnect upon liftoff | Razer Insider

Hey guys,

I lift my viper ultimate and when putting back down there’s a delay in disconnect for movement. Happens in-game and also on desktop with a fresh restart. I wonder now if this is a mousepad issue? I would hope razer software wouldn’t discriminate my poor steelseries mousepad since I’m sure a lot of consumers also use this popular gaming mousepad.

It’s not tracking or disconnecting (if the 2nd - do you hear connect/disconnect device sound in windows)?

If not tracking, then you can calibrate mousepad or the liftoff distance in Synapse.
