My Razer Viper V2 Pro Mouse dongle is not working. but mouse is working fine when connected via usb It started doing this a few months after I bought it. Even though I updated everything, the situation did not improve.

Yeah unfortunately this was a widespread issue with the Viper V2 Pro and it’s dongle. This same crap happened to mine, got a replacement dongle from Razer in the mail and it worked once you paired it using the Mouse Pairing Utility but now that program doesn’t even support the Viper V2 Pro, so it shows you that the support for the Viper V2 Pro is pretty much dead in the water.
Time to just buy a new replacement model of the mouse unfortunately but hopefully you will probably have less issues in the longrun by doing so (I know its hard to part with things you’ve had for a long time but you just gotta do it at some point or another in time).
