Just got this mouse on my birthday, and right out of the box the auto drifts like crazy to the left, tried wireless and with wire, updated the drivers, used synapse etc and nothing works she stills drifts

Hello there,
Try to update your mouse’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your Basilisk V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
