Extra mouse buttons on Basilisk?

Is there any way to rebind some of the sensitivity buttons to be mouse buttons? (ex. Sensitivity Clutch → Mouse 6, creating a new mouse button that can be bound) I’ve looked pretty much everywhere on Synapse and I can’t find anything that would let me do that. Is there something that I’m missing or is this just not possible?

Hey Dreiiora, sorry, I'm absolutely no help but encountering the same frustration.

My 10yo Logitech let me do this but this brand new Basilisk X seems dumb as a rock - why on earth would I want two mouse button 4 or 5?! I want the DPI button to be mouse 6!

If you or anyone know how to fix this I'd really like to know! 😅

Hate to be the guy who says, “yeah having the same issue,” but yeah, in the same boat as you guys. Hopefully this reply may bump it up a bit. Would love an extra mouse button for Battlefield 6.

Not really possible as a mouse button but I do the clutch as control. That's my reload button.

The only work around for this I have found is to bind the mouse button to a Keyboard function like numpad 0. Then you bind the control in game to numpad 0. This is a problem with pretty much all the mouse software out there. They don’t have the options to bind their DPI buttons to mouse 6/7/8. Logitech is the same way and I just got the razer today.

Same predicament here.

Im a casual gamer (WOW) and I have always used a combination of Mouse Button 4 & 5 with my Shift & Ctrl keys to be able to keybind 6 additional spells etc.

I was hoping that I could keybind the third side button to something like F16 on my Razer Basilisk Mobile and do the same but unfortunately it will only accept in game (and out of game) the one command; it does not understand/allow Shift or Ctrl etc. I tested in other games like LOTRO and its the same result.

I did some messing around and assigned Mouse Button 5 to the third side button instead and the game understood the commands just fine with using Shift or Ctrl, so the button is capable of doing it.

Razer if you see this can you just patch in a Mouse Button 6?! I have a feeling that is the only REAL solution to fixing this problem!
