Broken piece shown in image (i’m not sure what you’d even call it), is it possible to get this replaced at all or are my options to potentially steal one from another deathadder v2 or to try and glue this back together?

Doubt.

Probably glue is the easiest option. Maybe there is some 3d print - at least it should be easy to create it.
