Hello everyone and thank you in advance for your feedback.
I have Razer Mamba TE mouse and recently decided to upgrade my mouse pad to the Goliathus. The look is great. However, there seems to be issues with reading the movement of the mouse as the pointer or reticle (in game) often gets stuck in one spot or in a small area. I tried my wife's $5 dollar mouse pad and the performance is exponentially better.
So what did I miss here? Did I purchase the wrong pad per my mouse? Is the Goliathus sub par? Other?

It should perform well on Goliathus. Check the sensor if it's not dirty, clean it with isopropyl alcohol.
You can also try surface cabliration in Synapse software.

Hello FiszPL,
Thank you for the feedback.
I will try what you suggested and post the results.
Interestingly, I posted this situation in the official support forum. See below for their response. Thoughts?
"Please note that the Mamba TE has a laser sensor, and those don't exactly play well with textured surfaces like the Goliathus. Do let me know if you need anything else."
