How do I disable both side buttons on viper v2 pro?

I just purchased the Viper V2 Pro and I’m having issues on setup and navigating the website/forums.

I installed Synapse 3 and went to disable the mouse buttons 4 & 5 (side buttons)

But I can’t seem to figure out how to do this.
