How do I reinstall the drivers for my Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed mouse? | Razer Insider
Skip to main content

The cursor of my Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed mouse won’t appear. I’ve looked into my device manager and reinstalled it multiple times. However, an error showed that said “the drivers are corrupted or missing”. I tried to redownload the drivers from the Razer website, but I need a mouse cursor to do so. On the screen (firmware updater) that tells me to click “next”  to check my firmware, I am unable to click “next” as I need a mouse. The tab button and arrow keys won’t works either. I have also tried other Razer mice, but they haven’t worked either. Please help!

Hey, @acreativeusername!

Restart your PC and follow the steps below on how to reinstall your mouse’s drivers.

- Search “Device Manager” from the Windows search bar.
- Click on “Mice and other pointing devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Click on “Human Interface Devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed > “Uninstall device”.
- Restart your computer.
- The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts.

You can then update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then send me a PM along with its serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
